We really appreciate the ratings and feedback from our customers who gave us a 75 point rating in the NPS survey. We are happy to have satisfied and loyal customers and it is a commitment to us for the future.

At Up Czech Republic, satisfied customers are at the heart of our business. We do everything we can to make them as satisfied as possible with our services and products. That is why we are constantly improving and innovating. Our clients see and appreciate this, which we are very happy about.

What does NPS mean?

Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a popular and simple tool for measuring customer satisfaction and willingness to recommend a product or service to others. The resulting number is always between -100 and +100, with higher NPS values indicating higher satisfaction levels. The measurement shows how many critics, passive customers or enthusiastic promoters a company has.

Over the past year, our NPS has increased to 75 points, which is a great result! Our score has been steadily rising, with 66 points in 2022. An NPS of over 70 points is an indicator of excellent service, a great company and that we have a lot of passionate customers who are happy, loyal and recommend our services to others. And that we care about our customers and really listen to them.
