Outline of the new year on Up paper vouchers

News

Even though it’s only the hot summer, we’re already thinking about the validity of your vouchers. Because you’ll see a new validity on the paper ones as of 10 October 2023. But you still have plenty of time to redeem this year’s vouchers, which are valid until the end of 2023. And if you don’t make it, we’ll cash them in by 31 January 2024. Which paper vouchers will be affected?

Our vouchers won’t just have a new expiry date. Their size will also change. Why are we making the vouchers smaller? We have a long-standing commitment to protecting the environment and reducing our carbon footprint. This saves trees in our forests and space in your wallet.
