The Up ČR products marked as FKSP are always fully in compliance with Regulation no. 114/2002 Coll.
This regulation regulates the volume of the fund of culture and social needs, other income and management of the fund in a state-owned enterprise, in organizational units of the state, in the institutions receiving contributions from the State Budget and those established by territorial self-governing units.
According to Regulation 114/2002 Coll., it is also possible to use the fund for contributions to the costs of operating a kindergarten under the Education Act, and the costs of operating facilities providing group child care services, cultural facilities, recreational facilities, sporting and physical education facilities, rehabilitation facilities including massages, and hobby-related facilities.
The fund can be used as a contribution to employees for purchasing printed books, vitamin products, prescription glasses, contact lenses or special optical aids, for preventive care in dental hygiene and dental prevention care provided by a dental hygiene practitioner, and for vaccination against infectious diseases.
The vouchers can have any nominal value differing by CZK 1, which can be changed on an ongoing basis. Each envelope can bear the employee’s name or any other identification mark. It can also bear your logo, address or any other graphic element. We will process each order within two days.
